1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the viptakabed platform:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
• You must have your own personal bank account or mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• You must be mentally sound and capable of making decisions consciously.
• You must not use the platform from any country or region where such activities are prohibited.

By completing registration, you confirm that you meet all the eligibility conditions above and that all information provided is accurate and true. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all accounts will be closed and any related bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be completely accurate and up to date. If any information changes, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. viptakabed will not be responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or lending your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Accounts are entirely personal and non-transferable.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at viptakabed: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from an account is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Full KYC verification must be completed on the account.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Using any other person's payment account to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name may be used.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus (total balance ৳2,500); a deposit of ৳28,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 (total balance ৳48,000).

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Each account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The principal amount or bonus cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• viptakabed reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be placed under investigation.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

viptakabed has four VIP levels: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. VIP level upgrades depend on gaming activity and engagement with the platform.

5 Gaming Rules

All games available on viptakabed are operated according to defined rules. Fair play is ensured in every game. No manipulation or artificial interference is made in determining game outcomes.

5.1 Betting Limits

Each game has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Separate limits may apply when betting in bonus mode.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a technical error, a decision will be made based on the server log. In such situations, the decision of viptakabed will be considered final.

5.3 Game Providers

9.2 Voluntary Closure by User
